About the artist

Rachel Nova is an artist, nature lover, and avid traveler who works primarily with fiber. She learned to crochet at the wee age of eight and has been hooked on yarn and its endless possibilities ever since. She crochets it, weaves it, plays with it, and even paints with it (really).

Originally from the mountains of Colorado, Rachel spent three years teaching English in West Africa and France before making Phoenix her home in 2016.

In addition to fiber art, Rachel is a devoted collector of hobbies, including ceramics, painting, candle making, embroidery, and whatever craft captures her curiosity next.
